May Day
May Day 2022 finds us Alaskans still knee deep in snow but seeing the first mosquitoes hatch and fly around. While our trails are still packed with late winter snow that slowly gives way to the muck and mud we experience during annual spring breakup, green leaves, song birds and flowers are just around the corner. This spring and summer I will finally be setting up a formal dye studio in our garage as my husband has finally been able to vacate all his big tools and equipment over to his new shop space in town. Progress photos will come!
I am excited to finally have a dedicated work space to be able to consistently produce my product and ensure it is of the finest quality for my customers. Other news includes venturing off Etsy and building my own website. After being on the Esty selling platform for two years I have developed a nice following both here at home and globally. Having sent yarn orders to far away places including Dubai and Israel, I look forward to continued growth and eventual transition to this website for full time sales. Happy spring and happy crafting!
